本公司前身為德剛貿易有限公司(Tech-Gun Trading Co. Ltd.)成立於2001年09月，主要業務為生產鎂質不定型耐火材料，供應中鋼、中龍、東和鋼鐵、燁聯不锈鋼鐵，，，等公司使用。
         The company's predecessor was Tech-Gun Trading Co. Ltd. which was established in September 2001, and its major business is the Magnesia unshaped refractories, supplying to China Steel Corp., Dragon Steel Corp., Tung-Ho Steel Corp., and Yieh United Stainless Steel in Taiwan. 
        隨著業務的拓展，鈺昇耐火材料有限公司(Easter Refractory Materials Co. Ltd)於2008年06月成立，業務除維持生產鎂質不定型材料外，更與世界知名耐火材料生產商策略聯盟，引進ASC磚、Mg-C磚、Mg-Al尖晶石磚供應鋼鐵企業使用。同時業務也擴展至非金屬礦物原料與製品之買賣。另2021年將新增一條全自動氧化鋁質不定型材生產線。
         With the expansion of business, Easter Refractory Materials Co. Ltd was established in June 2008. In addition to maintaining the production of Magnesia unshaped refractories, it has also linked with world-reputation refractory manufacturers to Introduce ASC bricks, Mg-C bricks, Mg-Al spinel bricks for using in iron and steel industries. At the same time, the business also expanded to the trading of non-metallic raw materials and products. Besides, a fully automatic Alumina unshaped refractories line will be put into production.
       本公司生產管理及研發團隊，皆已累積 30 多年以上之實務經驗。經生產實務與研發成果結合，設計出一套全自動化生產流程，從原料準備，生產製造到產品包裝，皆納入全自動化生產作業。

       生產流程同時導入ISO 9001品質管理作業系統，配置完整的實驗設備，由生產過程之取樣，製樣至樣品分析皆嚴格執行品質管理和檢測，確保產品品質穩定與可靠，達到完善零缺點的目標。
        The production process also introduces the ISO 9001 quality management system and is also equipped with fully functional testing equipment. From sampling, sample preparation to sample analysis in the production process, quality management and testing are strictly implemented to ensure stable and reliable product quality and achieve the goal of zero defects.
